Indecent Exposure, March 17 near Willows Beach

Today (March 19, 2018) police received a report of indecent exposure that occurred on Saturday, March 17th at approximately 3:00 PM. On March 7th, the Oak Bay Police attended a glass break alarm at a business complex in the 2000 block of Cadboro Bay Road.
