On February 19th, police were called to Oak Bay High School for a suspicious male near the bike racks. The male left the scene, but with the detailed description given by staff, he was located by police a few blocks away. The male was detained and found to be riding a bicycle stolen in Victoria. On Tuesday, February 13, the Oak Bay Police received a report of a theft from vehicle in the 3300 block of Woodburn Avenue. Stolen sometime overnight was a purse and an ACER laptop computer. Thursday January 25th, 2018 (previously reported) at approximately 4:46 pm, the Oak Bay Police were called to a Break and Enter in progress at a residence located in the 2000 block Crescent Road, in Oak Bay.
