In the early days of April, 2012, a male attended at a residence located on Eastdowne Road, In Oak Bay, and, offered to do driveway sealing for an elderly home owner. The TD Canada Trust at 103-2000 Cadboro Bay Road was robbed at approximately 3:40 pm May 27, 2013.
