Of note 33 incidents occurred on Oak Bay Avenue. Highlights of these events are listed below.

  • April 03rd, shoplifter arrested at Fairway market.
  • April 05th, intoxicated male arrested on the corner of Wilmot and Oak Bay Avenue.
  • April 07th, unwanted guest removed from Guardian Drugs.
  • April 13 , insecure exterior office door found by foot patrol early morning hours 2100 Block of Oak Bay Avenue.
  • April 16th 1:35PM, a white male, wearing a black hat and jacket, slim build entered an unlocked vehicle parked in behind HSBC. Male was scared off by vehicle owner.
  • April 18th in the afternoon, 2300 Block of Oak Avenue unknown culprit entered unlocked vehicle rummaging throughout nothing stolen.
  • April 24th 4:34 PM, two intoxicated males dealt with corner of Wilmot and Oak Bay Avenue.
  • April 24th afternoon, unknown culprit(s) entered a business 2100 Block of Oak Bay Avenue removing an IPhone 4 left behind the cash counter (in plain view) belonging to the employee of the business.
  • April 25th afternoon, intoxicated male operating a scooter in the area of Municipal Hall.
  • April 25 afternoon, intoxicated male sleeping on the grass at a business 2000 Block of Oak Bay Avenue.
  • April 29th evening hours, police removed a male who was being abusive towards staff of the Athlone Court Liquor.
  • During the month of April Oak Bay Police were called on 8 separate incidents to the apartment complex of 2013 Oak Bay Avenue. Many of the calls were related to unwanted guests and intoxicated persons.
