2019-Sept-03 an Oak Bay member was making routine patrols when he observed a vehicle speeding and swerving in Saanich, just outside Oak Bay. On August 12th the Oak Bay Police Department were dispatched to a Break and Enter that had just occurred and both of their vehicles had been stolen.
