On November 7th, police stopped a vehicle for a burnt out headlight in central Oak Bay. The driver exhibited signs of liquor consumption. Police had only two Hallowe’en related calls, one for a report of fireworks and the other for unknown people throwing things at traffic. Neither resulted in charges.

On October 26th, the Oak Bay Police attended the camp and warned campers that they would have to be gone by 11am on October 31st to allow the Parks Department to prepare the Cenotaph area as they do every year at this time.
