On July 19th on Henderson Rd, a driver opened their door into the path of a passing cyclist. The 45-year-old male cyclist was initially unconscious but came to while being tended to by Oak Bay Fire Department. On July 10th, police stopped a vehicle with a burnt out headlight on Cadboro Bay Road near Cotswold. The driver exhibited signs of impairment.
