Reserve Constable Aubrey Blackhall was selected to be the Oak Bay Police Department rider in this year’s Cops For Cancer “Tour De Rock”. Aubrey and the members of the 2013 Tour De Rock Team were introduced at a ceremony at the Royal BC Museum on Saturday, May 11. Congratulations, Aubrey!
