We’re currently developing our Five Year Strategic Plan. This is a very important process as it informs us on what is important to those we serve and it helps us prioritize based on that information.
Its important that our police service reflect the unique and distinct priorities of the community we serve.

On October 1st, we’ll start to analyze this data. Then we’ll have a strong sense of what the community wants us to focus on for the next 5 years. Of course, we’ll continue to deliver the full range of policing services but when it comes to proactive work, budgeting, projects, etc we’ll know specifically what residents want from us.
