On April 25th, police received a report of an attempted break and enter to a residence in north Oak Bay. The investigating officer confirmed that an attempt had been made to enter the rear door but that entry had not been gained. Investigation into this matter is ongoing.

On April 28th, police were called to an apartment building in central Oak Bay to investigate a break-in to the laundry room. Several coin boxes on dryers were broken into and coins taken. Investigation ongoing.

On May 1st, police were called to south Oak Bay where three separate vehicles had their side mirrors broken off.
