On August 8th, police were called to investigate an altercation between two males over their dogs fighting. One male received an injury to his head that required treatment. The matter is still under investigation.
On August 12th, police were called to a business on Cadboro Bay Road for a report of theft. Sometime overnight, one of the rabbits from an art piece in front of the building was stolen.
People are reminded to remove all valuables from their vehicles and leave them locked to discourage thieves from operating in Oak Bay.
