 Excessive Speed

On Sunday, November 19, 2023, at approximately 8:20pm, the Oak Bay Police were conducting speed enforcement near Beach Dr. and Newport Ave. A 21-year-old man was stopped for going 94 km/h in a 40 km/h zone. The driver was issued a Violation Ticket for Excessive Speed Section 148(1) MVA in the amount of $368 and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days. (OB2023-3511)

The driver was issued a Violation Ticket for Excessive Speed Section 148(1) MVA in the amount of $368 and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days. (OB2023-3512)
