On November 30th at approximately 2 pm a lone male suspect entered the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce located at 2224 Oak Bay Avenue demanding cash from the bank tellers. On Sunday November 4, 2013, a 50 year old man was kayaking near Discovery Island, when his kayak capsized, leaving him stranded in the water for more than three hours.
