On July 27th the Oak Bay Police received a report of two stolen bicycles in the 900 block of Hampshire Rd. The bicycles were removed from a garage possibly left unlocked. In the early morning hours of June 8th a driver was given a Motor Vehicle Act Violation Ticket for excessive speed and driving contrary to restrictions in the 400 block of Beach Dr. The driver was clocked at 110km/hr in a 40km/hr zone.
