Monday, July 20th A back pack was placed in an unlocked locker at the Oak Bay Recreation Centre. An unidentified suspect entered the locker room and removed the back pack and all the contents. On Monday, June 1 just before 11am, police received a report of the theft of a BMX bike from the bike racks of Oak Bay High School.
