This increase applies to employment checks or checks for other purposes. Tuesday, April 21st (#15-1276): A vehicle was stopped for speeding in the 2700 block of Foul Bay Road. The officer smelled marijuana from inside the vehicle. On March 09th Oak Bay Police investigated a possible break and enter to a residence on Norfolk Rd. Nothing appears to have been stolen and the only room that was possibly entered was an upstairs bedroom based upon some objects out of place.
